The Best All Natural, Homemade Sunburn Soothing Spray Remedy

This homemade soothing spray can help provide sunburn relief, cool the skin and calm inflammation. With a few natural ingredients you can prep this remedy in a snap, and have it at the ready the next time you get a little too much sun.

No matter how careful I am to apply sunscreen, each and every summer I always find myself in need of some after sun care. Either I wait too long between applications while getting swept up in summer fun. Or, I misjudge the amount of time I am going to spend outdoors on a cloudy day.

Needless to say, I am no stranger to a gnarly sunburn. In the past, I would always head to the store to grab some aloe vera gel for some quick relief. But, I noticed something about most store bought aloe vera gels…they can actually make my skin feel tighter, which leads to added discomfort.

You too? Then you’ll want to learn more about this all natural soothing spray…
