How To Have Better Health
Focus on the six steps to better health listed below, and you will be off to a great start. Similarly, lasting, healthy lifestyle changes will lead to radiant health. Now, let’s review the six fundamental, holistic practices:
- Nutrition – your eating habits play a major role in the success of your health + wellness. Start by consuming less, meat, dairy, sugar, coffee and alcohol. And, incorporating more vegetables and whole, fresh foods into your diet.
- Physical Activity – strive for at least 30 minutes of exercise each day. This will support flexibility, energy and ease tension throughout your body.

Healthy Lifestyle Changes
- Mindfulness – practice mindfulness by meditating or journaling. After consistent practice you will notice a greater sense of clarity, and emotional balance. Another great way to revamp your mindset is by keeping a gratitude list.
Keep a journal or notepad on your nightstand or in the kitchen cabinet (or download the Daily Wellness Journal), and write down three (3) things you are grateful for each day. This lifestyle tip will train your mind to seek out the positive, and in turn make you more grateful for what you already have. When you infuse your days with positivity you will notice a shift in your mindset.
- Low Tox Living – Exposure to toxins can accelerate aging, deplete our energy, cause digestive distress, and hormonal imbalance. Swap your toxic household + self care products with all natural, plant based alternatives. One of the best ways to alleviate the stress on your body (and fast) is with a detox.
