Free Homeschool Preschool Curriculum – Week 20, The Ocean
This week we are headed to the coast where our preschoolers will learn all about the Ocean!
In summary, we will be covering our traditional subject areas – math, music, arts and crafts, language arts, etc. Some of the activities you can look forward to are visiting your local aquarium, or spending the day on the beach if it’s close by! In science our preschoolers will explore buoyancy, research their favorite ocean animal, and even create an ocean in a bottle.
Additionally, the letter of the week is “Z” so, be sure to scroll ahead for more activities to build literacy. I think you will enjoy the selected read aloud books too. In math we will be working on the number 18, as well as practicing our addition and subtraction skills as well as working with patterns.
There are loads more activities to explore, just continue reading below.
