Epsom Salt Bath Recipe – Draw Out Toxins And Relax
Winter is the perfect time to slow down, recharge and invest a little bit of extra time into your self-care routine. You will definitely want to back pocket this DIY epsom salt bath recipe for later (you know when you write out your next grocery shopping list). However, you might be lucky enough to find these ingredients in your cupboard. So, what are you waiting for?
Epsom salt baths have many health benefits, making it a fantastic wellness ritual to add to your weekly self-care routine this winter. I spend most of my days on the go, and I’m sure you do too. From the moment I open my eyes to the smiling faces of my girls, until I lay down in bed after getting them settled in for the night. My body gets pushed to the limit almost every day.
So, indulging in a weekly epsom salt bath is something I look forward to. I get to disconnect, enjoy a little “me” time and holistically recharge – mind, body and spirit…even if it’s just for 20-30 minutes.
Epsom Salt Bath Detox
One of the many benefits of an epsom salt bath is that it draws toxins from the body. There are a lot of ways to become toxin free, and I share simple steps to help you reduce your toxic load in How to Transition to Toxin Free Living.
In fact, this recipe will get you prepared for Day 16 of the 21-day challenge…
