There are many essential oils that can be used in a detox bath. Typically calming/grounding oils are best. Especially if you indulge in this winter wellness ritual before bed, which I highly suggest.

EPSOM SALT BATH RECIPE

½ cup epsom salt
¼ cup Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
¼ cup baking soda
2 tbsp. bentonite clay
20 drops calming essential oil (optional)

Mix all ingredients together using a glass/wooden bowl and wooden spoon (no metal). Add to warm bath, mix well. Soak for at least 20 minutes to experience the full benefits of this epsom salt bath recipe.
