How to Support Your Respiratory System Naturally
Summer is just around the corner, and if you have seasonal allergies you are probably excited to say so long to spring. While spring is one of my favorite seasons, I completely understand the torment those with seasonal allergies go through because my daughter has them too. So, in this post I am sharing some effective ways you can clear your airways and support your respiratory system, naturally.
Integrating ESSENTIAL OILS
When it comes to essential oils, the only brand I will recommend is doTERRA. Their purity standard and transparency are unrivaled but, you can read more about that here. Integrating natural solutions into our daily routine here at home has been one of the best decisions I have made in the past few years. Our health and quality of life have improved. Gone are the midnight wake up calls due to tummy troubles or ear pain. And, (knock on wood) our trips to the doctor’s office have been primarily for well visits only.
Now, we all have our favorite oils that we reach for daily to address whatever health concern we might be faced with at the time – for my husband, it’s Deep Blue Rub, to soothe achy muscles. Copaiba is a part of my daughter’s bedtime ritual. When emotions are running high for my three year old, I always reach for Calmer to bring peace back to a moment of chaos. And, as for me, I cannot go without Adaptiv, Helichrysum, or Yarrow Pom.
But, what I love most of all is that doTERRA has put the power back into our hands when it comes to our health and wellness. If you would like to support your body with natural solutions, click the button below to learn how to become a wholesale customer and enjoy 25% off
